Do the rooms have a private bath?

The Twin Classic has a private bath and toilet. The Japanese Comfort and Japanese Classic rooms have no private bath, so please use the large shared bath and shower rooms. See Rooms for each room's details.

What are the opening hours of the large bath?

3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. It is not a natural hot spring — the water is groundwater from the Northern Alps, heated for the bath.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm (last check-in at midnight) and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you will arrive late, please let us know in advance.

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is free for hotel guests from the day of arrival until check-out.
