Check-in and payment
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm (last check-in at midnight) and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you will arrive late, please let us know in advance.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept VISA, JCB, American Express and Mastercard.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation policies depend on the rate you booked. Please check the policy shown on the booking site.
Getting here and parking
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free for hotel guests from the day of arrival until check-out.
How far is the hotel from the slopes and the gondola?
About 150 m to the slopes of Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort and a 2-minute walk to the Tsugaike Gondola “Eve”.
How do I get here from Hakuba Station?
By bus bound for Tsugaike Kogen (about 20–30 minutes), or about 15 minutes by taxi or car. See Access for details.
Rooms and facilities
Do the rooms have a private bath?
The Twin Classic has a private bath and toilet. The Japanese Comfort and Japanese Classic rooms have no private bath, so please use the large shared bath and shower rooms. See Rooms for each room’s details.
What are the opening hours of the large bath?
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. It is not a natural hot spring — the water is groundwater from the Northern Alps, heated for the bath.
Where can I keep my ski or snowboard gear?
There is a drying room in the basement, reached directly from the entrance, so you can dry wet gear as soon as you’re back.
Can I rent skis or a snowboard?
Yes, skis, snowboards and ski wear are available to rent. Please ask us about sizes and prices.
Are meals available?
Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining hall. Whether meals are included depends on your rate.
Can I have dinner outside the hotel?
AGURAYA, our related oden and ramen restaurant, is about 15 minutes by car in Hakuba Village. Open 11:30–15:00 / 18:00–22:00 (closed Thursdays), and 17:00–24:00 in winter. See Things to do in Tsugaike.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
Can I do laundry?
Yes, there is a self-service coin laundry that guests can use free of charge.
