  3. Details regarding the formation of accommodation reservations, changes, cancellation conditions, cancellation fees, etc. shall be governed by the Hotel’s separately stipulated “Accommodation Terms and Conditions” or the conditions stated for each plan.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  2. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the content or use of third-party websites.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  2. The amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Website. If Users continue to use the Website after the amendments, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of any dispute between the Hotel and Users in connection with use of the Website, the court having jurisdiction over the Hotel’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
